Online Ordering

Most Wilbert plants currently receive vault orders over the phone — either during office hours by staff or after hours by an answering service or via an answering machine. Now, with an online ordering system, funeral directors can log in to your website and place vault orders online 24/7. And, because they key in the funeral details and receive an order confirmation summarizing their order, they can be ensured that the order is transferred to you with exactly the right information. Order entry errors are reduced because the order touches fewer hands, and it absolves you of order errors since you are only acting on information entered directly by the funeral director. The online ordering feature is very easy to use and is actively being used by numerous funeral homes.

By using an online order form, the Wilbert licensee gains additional benefits as well. It saves time as the order is captured electronically (no rekeying of data is necessary) and because the licensee doesn't have to stop what they are doing and manually take an order over the phone. A track record and history of orders is kept in the back-end of the system as well, meaning easy access to monthly or quarterly reports. Once an order has been submitted, the funeral director receives an online confirmation and the licensee receives an immediate email confirmation as well. Email confirmations may be printed and used as paper orders or as delivery tickets.

Product Catalog

Each Wilbert licensee that develops a website with Peacock Marketing Group will be given complete access to the online product catalog. This catalog — with more than 200 items offered by Wilbert — will be embedded into your site and your visitors will have complete visibility to pictures of Wilbert burial vaults, cremation urns, and personalization & memorialization products (Life's Reflections, jewelry, framed prints, etc.). And, as products are developed and/or discontinued by Wilbert Funeral Services, your site will automatically reflect these changes.

Website Package Includes...

  • One year of website hosting (essentially this is the rental space for your website to live online). A yearly fee of $750 will cover yearly hosting fees and maintenance of the site to keep up with the Wilbert product catalogs and other Wilbert updates (Customer is responsible for maintenance of additional lines and updates to their customizations and third party products).
  • Two-year purchase and acquisition of a URL (such as www.wilbertgreenville.com) or transfer of an existing URL. If desired, Peacock Marketing will purchase additional URLs on your behalf at cost and reroute them to your primary URL (for example, www.greenvillevaults.com).
  • Choice of a home page photo from the Peacock Marketing library, as well as a home page map icon
  • Creation or editing of content for home page, About Us page, and services page
  • Embedded Wilbert burial vaults, urn vaults and cremation urns catalog
  • Wilbert Product catalog automated updates based on corporate offerings (additions, discontinued, etc.)
  • Page development of up to 2 new pages of content (pet cremation, concrete products, etc.)
  • Initial set up of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for Google for top 3-5 key terms and monitoring of ranking for 3-6 months
  • Access to content management system (CMS) allowing licensees to make text updates and order form customizations
  • Set up of email alerts for licensees to be notified of new registrations and online orders
  • Use of admin tool that keeps a detailed audit log of past, present, and pending orders
  • 30-minute training session for staff including CMS and online ordering
  • Access to analytics tool to view website stats and monthly reports

Optional Add-Ons for Wilbert Websites

  • Addition of page(s) on site:
    • $400 1-page development (including page content, photo album up to 15 images with page optimization or supplier catalog embed code)
  • Non-Wilbert Product Catalogs and Online Ordering (Burial Vaults and Caskets):
    • $700 to add a single non-Wilbert catalog to website grid such as other vaults (Trigard, Doric, Clark for example), caskets (Signet for example), monuments, concrete products, Pierce Chemical etc. (up to 35 products in the catalog)
    • $300 to add online ordering for a non-Wilbert catalog (up to 35 products in the catalog)
    • $100 for up to 10 additional products added to a catalog (after the first 35)
    • $100 for up to 10 additional products added to the Online ordering system (after the first 35)
    • $300 to set-up funeral directors with online access (user names and passwords) to view specific/restricted catalogs (for example, Trigard only or Wilbert only)
    • $1500 to add the Wilbert urn engraving and ordering + cremation ordering
  • $500 for online orders routing to each additional plant (for multi-plants)
  • $100 for Special Announcement banner functionality on Homepage
  • $750 for an online job application including up to 10 custom fields updates/additions to the basic form. It includes 2 rounds of edits (each additional round at $100 each). In addition, the web tool (where your form and all your submissions are located) subscription fee is $10/month (we will open an account for you with your own CC in it).
  • Direct Marketing / Email Campaigns:
    • $300 per email campaign to database. Includes writing, testing, launching, and reporting of campaign.
